Like so many things in life, the origin of today's Azienda Agricola Sensi lies in love. Family ties and the passion for agriculture have led our young Hofer family from South Tyrol to take over the long-established family business in Torri di Gualdo Cattaneo in Umbria.
Right from the start, it was clear that our business focus should lie in organic, high-quality grain products and olive oil. Therefore, we immediately converted to organic farming. In contrast to the traditional agriculture in the picturesque hills of the Colli Martani in the heart of Umbria we chose a for the area somehow experimental approach with regard to cultivation methods and crops.
