Our daily work is characterized by sustainable and forward-looking actions. In addition to adhering to the rules of organic farming, we pay great attention to the build-up of humus in our soil and to working in harmony with nature. Whenever possible we try to work according to the phases of the moon in order to use the resulting advantages for our crops.
Moreover, we use a large number of biodynamic preparations to strengthen the vitality of the plants and to prevent diseases and pests. We treat our fields with both horn manure and horn silica, as well as other plant strengthening teas and plant extracts.
Finally, in our work we follow the principles of regenerative agriculture: cover crops with reliable mixtures keep the soil covered between the seasons to prevent erosion and help keeping the soil life in a “good mood” to obtain fertile soils and high quality harvest products.
